TERMS OF PAYMENTS
30% to confirm the booking – 70% 30 days before charter start
Flex Covid Policy – if you can’t reach our base due to government travel restrictions to Italy at 30 days prior to embarkation, a voucher for the paid sums will be issued, to be used until 12 months from the original charter start.
Free Cancellation – with a surcharge of 15% on the full price, booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to embarkation for any reason, including sanitary travel bans – received payments will be sent back to the payer.
To confirm a booking we will need both: 1) our charter contract signed by the client/skipper; 2) first payment done; boat will remain in option status meanwhile; therefore we will send you per email the list of necessary client’s data, documents and contacts, and the pro-forma invoice with payment terms.
CHARTER CONTRACT SIGNING
After receipt of your data, we will send you our charter contract to be signed remotely with advanced electronic signature; alternatively, we will send you a fac-simile in PDF to be signed and sent back to us via email, in this case the original contract will have to be signed at the base on the embarkation day, and your reception will be after those who signed electronically.
DEPOSIT – TO BE SET UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE EMBARKATION
Visa and Mastercard only in the name of contract holder/skipper – no American Express, no debit cards, no cash, no cheques.
Refundable bank transfer credited to us until the day before charter starts at latest .
In case you will chose credit card, we will contact you between 4 and 1 days prior to charter start, to let you give your deposit remotely (MOTO process), to prevent slowdowns due to insufficient funds or security reasons on the embarkation day. We do not finalize deposits at the base on embarkation day any longer; refusing to give deposit before the check-in day will result in booking cancellation without any refund by our side.
BOARDING PASS AND VIDEO CHECK-IN
After contract is signed and deposit is set, we will send you a Boarding Pass; it got all detailed information such: where to reach us in the office, how to proceed to embarkation, self video check-in link/QR Code, FAQ link/QR Code. We recommend the skippers to watch the video check-in before boarding, then breafing with our staff will be technically more accurate and faster.
For all updates and detailed conditions, please refer to our website; those conditions can change and are assumed to be correctly known as updated on our offers and booking confirmations too.

Boarding and disembarking days and times:
Check-in/boarding Saturday H 18:00
Check-out Friday H 16:00/H 18:30 – disembarking Saturday until H 08:30
